Lead technical discovery and requirements-gathering sessions
Build, implement, and QA A/B and multivariate tests in Adobe Target
Architect and work with XDM schemas and dataset ingestion pipelines
Configure streaming, edge, and batch segmentation
Implement and configure AEP Web SDK, datastreams, edge decisioning, and personalization
Architect, evaluate, and implement data layer designs across Adobe Launch/Tags and Google Tag

🎯 Requirements

4+ years of hands-on experience in marketing technology, web analytics, personalization, or
Deep experience with Adobe Target and experimentation methodology
Strong working knowledge of XDM schemas, dataset ingestion, source/destination connections
Hands-on implementation and troubleshooting of AEP Web SDK
Hands-on experience with Adobe Launch/Tags and Google Tag Manager
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML/CSS
