📋 Description

• Serve as trusted technical advisor to enterprise prospects and customers.
• Drive value-based solutioning and integration of Decagon’s AI-native platform.
• Intersect pre-sales engineering, product strategy, and enterprise architecture.
• Create and architect generative AI experiences for end users.
• Develop tailored demonstrations using the Decagon platform.
• Communicate complex concepts to C-level, business, and engineering stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to qualify ROI-driven solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-6 years in customer-facing sales engineering (pre-sales)
• Partner with Account Executives to qualify ROI-driven solutions
• Create and architect generative AI experiences for users
• Develop tailored demos using the Decagon platform
• Communicate complex tech concepts to diverse stakeholders
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Understand GTM systems and workflows
• 2+ years AI sales engineering experience (nice to have)
• Experience in high-growth startups (nice to have)
