Senior Solutions Engineer EMEA/APAC - Presales

📋 Description

• Use AI as a force multiplier to prepare for discovery, tailor demos, and speed up RFP/RFI responses
• Run technical discovery with Sales to understand business drivers, risks and technical
• Deliver confident technical presentations and demos across the portfolio including Business
• Lead RFP and RFI responses from start to finish
• Build custom dashboards in Google Looker using Salesforce data, and custom data in Custom Reporting
• Write Statements of Work for customized product development

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in solutions engineering, presales or a similar technical, customer-facing
• Knowledge of hospitality commercial functions (revenue management, sales, distribution and data
• Experience running discovery, demos, proof-of-value, and completing RFPs and RFIs in alignment with
• Ability to scope a solution and estimate time and resources reliably
• Understanding of integration methods, data transfer, solution architecture and data visualization
• Clear communication in writing and in person, explaining deal scope, impact and business outcomes
