Senior Solutions Engineer – Enterprise Compute

📋 Description

• Own enterprise customer onboarding: manage access, networking, storage, server handover and first
• Act as the first technical point of contact for enterprise customers, understanding and
• Own technical issues through resolution: provide context to internal teams, coordinate
• Support pre-sales activities: lead technical discovery, solution design, sizing, demos and POCs
• Design and run POCs with clear technical success criteria and help customers move from evaluation
• Debug customer workloads hands-on, including inference and multi-GPU workloads, working directly

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager or
• Experience working with cloud infrastructure, GPU infrastructure, AI infrastructure or enterprise
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Linux, virtual machines, Kubernetes, networking, storage, and NVIDIA
• Ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure and AI workloads alongside experienced customer
• Experience running technical demos, POCs, implementations or enterprise deployments.
• Strong understanding of production infrastructure and the ability to distinguish between
