📋 Description

• Coplan and execute discovery calls to understand customer requirements, their technical
• Design and deliver compelling demonstrations that solve customer problems, quantify the value of
• Understand and overcome technical objections and integration concerns; identify blockers early and
• Support stakeholder workshops that connect Synthesia to the buyer's broader technology strategy on
• Partner with Account Executives to define account and deal strategy, advise on competitive
• Design and execute repeatable Demo methodologies that prove Synthesia’s business value quickly

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of pre-sales, solutions engineering, or customer-facing technical experience at SaaS
• Strong consultative discovery, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability
• Technical depth in at least one area: Creation flows, APIs, integrations (LMS, HCM, CRM, identity)
• Fluency with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC and Command of the Message. Comfort translating
• Consultative approach to problem-solving; comfort gathering requirements, asking clarifying
• Excellent business and technical presentation skills, in person and remote, and the ability to
