Senior Solutions Engineer / IT

📋 Description

• Own and improve the systems behind Hinge Health's corporate technology environment, from endpoint
• Troubleshoot difficult network issues, automate device enrollment, and design secure access
• Take ownership of complex technical escalations and document root causes, risks, and follow-up
• Improve the reliability and consistency of endpoint provisioning, configuration management, access
• Maintain and optimize Jamf and related endpoint tooling across a multi-OS environment, with a
• Administer and improve corporate networking, including enterprise wireless and zero-trust network

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT administration, systems engineering, or a comparable infrastructure
• Demonstrated experience owning endpoint management and corporate infrastructure, including Jamf or
• Demonstrated experience automating IT operations through scripting such as Bash or Python, MDM
• Experience with Okta, Google Workspace, SSO, SCIM, and identity-aware access patterns (preferred).
• Experience supporting or integrating internal AI-enabled tools, including practical familiarity
• Experience designing controls for AI-enabled systems, including data handling, permissions
