📋 Description

• Serving as a proactive, ongoing technical advisor to customers discussing server configurations and
• Collaborating with sales and customer success to enable the customer to realize the full value of
• Scaling our reach through webinars, talks, workshops, documentation, automation, and how-tos that
• Leading scoped, project-based implementation work, from onboarding through delivery of defined
• Providing the voice of the customer to other teams at Posit, especially Product Management and
• Improving team's processes so workflows facilitate doing great work, taking adequate focus time

🎯 Requirements

• Find joy in working directly with and unblocking customers. This role is customer-facing.
• Love learning and sharing knowledge of server infrastructure and architecture. Exposure to cloud
• Be curious about data science workflows and use cases. Understand what a Data Scientist does (e.g.
• Be hungry and humble. Quick to admit what they don't know and constantly seek to learn more.
• Find excitement in having many demands on time, able to choose important things and ignore
• Prior experience with approximately half of the things listed: technical post-sales customer calls
