Senior Solutions Engineer - Spend/ERP

📋 Description

• Act as a trusted technical advisor on Spend/ERP implementations.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable implementation plans.
• Work with sales on technical discovery to define integration blueprints.
• Troubleshoot integration hurdles and guide complex configuration decisions.
• Serve as SME on the integration ecosystem (HRIS and ERP partners).
• Create and maintain internal docs, playbooks, and lightweight tooling.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, customer success, or project/program management.
• 4+ years client-facing delivery or professional services in a high-paced environment (SaaS/fintech).
• Proven track record delivering cross-functional projects with diverse stakeholders and executives.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to lead steering meetings and status updates.
• Experience delivering ERP or accounting system implementations (Netsuite, SAP, Oracle, Xero).
