📋 Description

• Own end-to-end sourcing for complex services (CX BPO, marketing, etc.).
• Manage RFx, evaluation, negotiation, and contract execution.
• Lead pricing, SLAs, renewals, and key business terms.
• Analyze spend patterns, supplier concentration, and market dynamics.
• Create business cases and leadership-ready decision materials.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in strategic sourcing/procurement with services like BPO, marketing.
• Independently manage complex sourcing projects and multi-stakeholder negotiations.
• Quantitative analysis of vendor proposals, pricing, and spend data.
• Familiarity with S2P systems (Zip, Ironclad) and contracts with Legal.
• Async-first communicator, clear recommendations, risk signaling.
• Uses generative AI responsibly with human oversight.
