• Partner with senior stakeholders and hiring managers to map markets
• Execute advanced sourcing and map competitors to identify top passive talent
• Maintain an excellent candidate experience from engagement to interview
• Partner with recruiters to ensure a diverse, high-quality pipeline

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of dedicated talent sourcing experience in tech or sales
• Ideally 1+ year of in-house or embedded RPO sourcing
• Expertise in advanced sourcing methods (Boolean logic, X-ray searching)
• Excellent written and verbal communication with high response rates
• Strong organizational skills and a data-driven mindset
