🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required
3+ years in in-house sourcing or retained search
Healthcare/Pharma sourcing experience preferred
Strong screening and interview experience
End-to-end recruitment with passive outreach
Proven proactive recruiting and confidential searches
