Senior Sourcing Specialist (R4660)

📋 Description

• Lead strategic sourcing for aerospace/defense supplier networks
• Balance cost, tech, capacity, and risk in sourcing decisions
• Establish processes, metrics, and governance for long-term success
• Collaborate with Engineering/Operations/Finance for ESI, DFARS, ITAR compliance
• Drive supplier readiness to align with production schedules and milestones
• Manage LTAs, supplier reviews, and risk management across electronics

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in SCM/EE/Business (Master’s preferred) or equivalent
• 7+ years in strategic sourcing, electronics/PCBA/EMC
• Experience in defense/aerospace/high-rel electronics
• Proven negotiations, cost-reduction, long-term contracts
• Understanding of PCB fabrication, SMT, harness production
• Strong business acumen and cross-functional leadership
