Senior SOX Manager

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end SOX programs across ITGCs, automated controls, and key processes.
• Drive risk assessments, control scoping, deficiencies, and remediation.
• Develop roadmaps, governance, and success metrics for compliance.
• Translate architectures and regulatory requirements into usable controls.
• Embed compliance-by-design in cloud environments and SDLC practices.
• Drive automation via continuous controls monitoring and data analytics.

🎯 Requirements

• 8–12+ years in technical program mgmt, IT SOX, IT audit, or risk roles.
• Proven experience leading large-scale cross-functional technology programs.
• Strong understanding of SOX, COSO, ICFR, ITGCs, ITACs, and automated controls.
• Ability to evaluate architectures and identify control needs across cloud, apps, data.
• Experience with SDLC, DevOps, and engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of access controls, change mgmt, IT ops, and compliance.
