๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Support APAC payroll processing across India, China, SK, Taiwan, HK, SG, Australia.
  • Review payroll output to identify discrepancies and resolve issues before approval.
  • Apply APAC tax regs to ensure accurate setup, calculations and reporting.
  • Manage complex payroll transactions including bonuses, retro adjustments, off-cycle payments.
  • Administer and audit pre-tax benefits, retirement plans, and garnishments.
  • Serve as primary payroll contact for HR, Benefits, Finance and employees.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 7+ years APAC payroll experience.
  • Knowledge of APAC tax regs, labor laws, and compliance.
  • Independently manage complex payroll transactions and investigate issues.
  • Understanding of pre-tax benefits, wage garnishments, and core payroll accounting.
  • Hands-on with enterprise payroll systems and HRIS like ADP and SuccessFactors.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis, reconciliations, and reporting.
  • Strong communication and collaboration across time zones.
  • Experience with multi-country or global payroll environments (preferred).
