Senior Specialist, Billing

📋 Description

• Own billing, collections, and reconciliation end-to-end, and become the single point of contact
• Lead the new billing module implementation from scoping through go-live
• Build billing automation, covering the majority of revenue categories and reducing manual
• Establish overdue invoice tracking and drive reduction in aged AR; provide live reporting to
• Solve structural problems like reconciliation across entities or revenue types

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to map revenue calculation, billing, and reconciliation processes and redesign them
• Experience owning a system implementation or migration end-to-end (scoping, sequencing, executing)
• Track record of building repeatable, automated processes from manual/spreadsheet-heavy foundations
• Comfort operating with autonomy and ambiguity; knowing when to escalate
• Strong cross-functional collaboration, especially with Finance and service teams
