Senior Specialist, Business HR - Allergan Aesthetics

📋 Description

• Serve as strategic partner to AA BHR Team and AA Commercial Business
• Develop and support HR strategies, needs assessments and solutions
• Lead HR analytics tools and dashboards for workforce trends
• Manage headcount analytics and auditing with Finance
• Coordinate communications for HR levers and COE initiatives
• Build relationships with HR partners to meet business needs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years project experience in HR roles
• Strong data analytics and reporting skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Workday and Visier preferred
• Knowledge of organizational development and cross-functional collaboration
• Ability to interpret organizational data for HR decisions
