• Serve as a strategic partner to the AA BHR Team and AA Commercial Business, developing and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years experience, with experience managing projects in prior roles
• Understanding of functional HR roles and responsibilities and impact on the business
• Strong knowledge and passion for data analytics and reporting
• Demonstrated understanding of organizational development activity preferred
