Senior Specialist Client Services Project Manager (AI)

📋 Description

• Oversee multiple AI/GenAI projects, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality.
• Manage project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and core documentation.
• Provide consistent communication with executive leadership.
• Drive ownership, accountability, and escalation management.
• Guide teams through the full project lifecycle.
• Mentor project managers and support PMO best-practice maturity.

🎯 Requirements

• IT experience: 12-16 years.
• 7+ years PM leadership of multiple concurrent customer-facing projects.
• Full lifecycle delivery: Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid.
• Technical, SaaS, and AI/GenAI program delivery experience.
• Strong analytical skills: risks, revenue, escalations.
• Excellent communication and expectation management.
• Proficient in MS Project, Salesforce, Rocketlane, Power BI.
• PMP certification required.
• Willing to work US shift: 5 PM–2 AM IST.
