Senior Specialist Field Engineer - SaaS

📋 Description

• Teach the field team what they need to know — through feature walkthroughs, playbooks, demo guides
• Design and run hands-on workshops for customers — architecture reviews, feature adoption sessions
• Build reusable accelerators — reference architectures, sample code, demo environments, integration
• Jump into high-priority customer engagements when deep, hands-on technical work is needed to
• Contribute to the product — examples, integrations, demo apps, internal tools, docs, and occasional
• Help customers design, test, and troubleshoot integrations with the SaaS platform — APIs, data

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in a similar customer-facing technical role (solutions engineering, SRE, field
• Comfortable in Python and confident writing and reading code.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform.
• Solid experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Comfortable working in Linux/Unix environments.
• Strong communicator — ability to explain technical ideas to both engineers and executives.
