Senior Specialist, Field Talent Acquisition

📋 Description

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for specialist contractors, including Birth Doulas, Lactation
• Support recruitment for Maternity Navigators and Registered Nurses as needed
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies through specialized job boards, LinkedIn, Indeed
• Conduct initial video interviews in English and Spanish, assess candidate suitability, and
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with local training programs, community health
• Represent the organization at job fairs, campus recruitment events, community expos, and networking

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in both spoken and written English and Spanish
• Three to five years of professional experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, university or
• Experience or familiarity with healthcare recruitment, clinical hiring, or sourcing specialized
• Familiarity with state credentialing verification platforms, such as TN Health and Nursys
• Proven ability to work remotely while regularly traveling for field events, job fairs, and
• Demonstrated experience building external partnerships and managing recruitment postings across

🎁 Benefits

• Salary: $70,000–$80,000 annually, depending on directly relevant experience
• Full-time, exempt position
