Senior Specialist, Finance Team

📋 Description

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
• Validate employee data, salary revisions, incentives
• Coordinate with HR for complete payroll inputs
• Prepare payroll reports, registers, and reconciliations
• Ensure timely salary disbursement and statutory payments
• Maintain confidentiality of payroll information

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance or related
• CA Inter, CMA or MBA (Finance) preferred
• 3–7 years payroll, reconciliations, and financial accounting
• ERP experience (Oracle Fusion or similar)
• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP)
• Knowledge of payroll compliance and GL reconciliation
