📋 Description

• Own SMB-specific acquisition: explore and test across channel types, paid media, partnerships
• Run the team's growth experimentation cadence: CAC/LTV analysis and funnel experiments that turn
• Test positioning and messaging that gets this segment to notice us for the first time
• Own growth-motivated webinars and other programs aimed at reaching new audiences
• Partner with the Demand Gen Specialist so acquisition experiments feed nurture, and nurture
• Embed AI into your day-to-day, creative and copy iteration, audience research, campaign

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6+ years in growth or performance marketing, with a track record of generating demand and
• Experience building and running growth experiments: channel tests, funnel optimization, CAC/LTV
• Comfort operating in a segment or product with limited brand awareness
• Experience running net-new-audience programs (webinars, partnerships, co-marketing) aimed at
• An analytical mindset: use data to diagnose funnel problems, prioritize opportunities, and
• Clear written communication: able to translate test results and positioning ideas into something a
