🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical/electronic engineering, life sciences, or an equivalent field.
• At least 8 years of training experience involving the design, manufacture, sales, or training of
• Relevant experience designing and delivering product training or clinical education.
• Ability to conduct needs assessments and apply established training principles to design effective
• Professional training or education certification/designation is preferred.
• Experience working within a broader enterprise or cross-divisional business environment is
