📋 Description

• Negotiate and manage SCAs with providers to build a robust network
• Analyze provider performance and negotiate reimbursement terms
• Recruit providers and resolve provider issues; support cost-saving initiatives
• Collaborate with Claims, Credentialing, and Contracting teams
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations
• Support onboarding and training for providers

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in provider network operations, contracting, or provider services
• 1+ year in Health Insurance (Individual/Medicare) or healthcare
• 1+ year experience handling large data sets (claims, rosters)
