Senior Specialist, Process improvement (SIU)

📋 Description

• Conduct SIU intake, triage, and tip research
• Support operational goals by providing root cause analysis and training
• Identify operational risks and resolve issues
• Scope, prioritize, and deliver solutions based on stakeholder feedback
• Use data analysis to produce quantitative insights and translate into technical business
• Leverage insights from submissions and data mining to address systemic issues

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years commensurate experience
• 2+ years in technical or process improvement role
• 2+ years experience with large data sets using Excel or database language
• 1+ years deriving business insights from datasets
• 1+ years improving business workflows and processes
• 1+ years collaborating with internal/external stakeholders
