Senior Specialist, Revenue Operations

📋 Description

• Provide sales operations support for upselling, cross-selling, renewals, and churn-reduction
• Maintain accurate account, opportunity, renewal, product, and activity information across HubSpot
• Prepare and maintain account lists, renewal trackers, dashboards, and recurring reports for Sales
• Support workflows, task queues, notifications, follow-up activities, and cross-functional handoffs
• Analyze business data to identify expansion opportunities, upcoming renewals, churn risks, and
• Partner with department leaders to understand business challenges, identify improvement

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Business Systems
• Demonstrated experience leading business process redesign and operational improvement initiatives.
• Strong understanding of how revenue-generating organizations operate, including sales, client
• Experience working with ERP, CRM, PSA, or other business management systems.
• Practical experience with NetSuite is required.
• Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms is required.
