📋 Description

• Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chats from real estate agents about Equator accounts.
• Upsell memberships to agents to provide qualified leads for listings.
• Provide prompt, efficient customer service and address inquiries.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for the Equator platform.
• Conduct product demos to show benefits of Equator's services.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM data.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling opportunities.
• Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to improve retention.
• Generate and qualify leads.
• Prepare and deliver reports on customer interactions, sales activities, and metrics.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and Equator updates.
• Participate in ongoing training to boost product knowledge and service skills.

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate with 3+ years experience in sales support, preferably in Mortgage domain.
• Hands-on experience using software applications.
• Hunter mentality, generate revenue via leads and warm calling, while meeting sales goals.
• Experience in Inside Sales or Account Management, ideally in Real Estate Services or Cloud-based Web Services.
• Experienced in customer service, sales, retention, and handling objections/escalations.
• Experience with CRMs (Avature, Encore, Salesforce) or ticketing systems (Zendesk).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
