• Own SEO as a strategic service line for hundreds of independent med spa practices – setting
• Audit practices, ship quick fixes, and design SEO playbook/SOP with SLAs, QA checkpoints, reporting

• 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally managing SEO across many small/local businesses
• Depth across technical SEO (site speed, schema, crawlability), on-page/content SEO, local SEO (GBP
• Fluency with standard stack: GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush or Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and a
• Systems thinker – energized by standardizing and scaling execution across hundreds of practices.
