Senior Specialist Software Architect

📋 Description

• Lead security architecture strategy across cloud-native CXone platform and hosted/legacy products
• Drive cross-CX security initiatives (e.g., secrets management) end to end
• Strengthen secure SDLC: define security processes, gates, guidelines in CI/CD
• Partner with engineering teams, security champions, and product managers on complex security
• Support security incident analysis and response from architecture side
• Define how to secure AI-assisted development and AI/LLM capabilities in products

🎯 Requirements

• 14+ years in software engineering, including 5+ years as software/solutions architect on
• Solid understanding of securing production systems on AWS (IAM, network security, encryption/KMS
• Solid understanding of secure SDLC: threat modeling (STRIDE), SAST, SCA, DAST, security gates in
• Strong architecture skills with hands-on AWS experience: multi-tenant SaaS, microservices
• Leadership without authority: track record of driving multi-team initiatives through influence
• Excellent written and verbal communication
