📋 Description

• Develop and maintain Becker tax content and courses.
• Track tax developments and plan timely content updates.
• Write and review questions (MCQs, simulations, essays).
• Coordinate SMEs and guide cross-functional content efforts.
• Train SMEs on course templates and learning platforms.
• Apply instructional design principles to content and courses.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting preferred
• CPA and/or CMA credential required; CPA or dual CPA/CMA preferred
• Master’s degree with 2+ years’ content development experience preferred
• 5+ years of taxation experience
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Adobe Acrobat
