📋 Description

• Manage assigned workforce development projects, training programs, and learning initiatives from
• Lead the design, coordination, delivery, and quality improvement of virtual and in-person
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, work plans, tracking tools, and reporting processes
• Monitor project budgets, expenses, invoices, and resource allocation to support effective financial
• Coordinate with subject matter experts, contractors, training partners, internal teams, and
• Evaluate training effectiveness using participant feedback, assessments, outcome measures, and data

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in public health, education, training and development, workforce development
• A master's degree in public health, education, or a related discipline is preferred.
• At least five years of relevant professional experience in training, workforce development, program
• Demonstrated experience managing projects, timelines, budgets, deliverables, and collaborative
• Experience designing, developing, coordinating, and delivering training programs or educational
• Experience working with public health laboratories, professional associations, government agencies

• Salary for other eligible U.S. locations: $73,400–$85,350 for candidates residing in the contiguous
