Senior SRE / Platform Engineer (m/f/d)

📋 Description

• Own and improve the cloud infra for SimScale's browser-based platform.
• Work across AWS, EKS, observability, DR, security and data residency.
• Shape multi-region architecture and global cloud strategy.
• Build guardrails and self-service tooling for 50+ engineers.
• Improve tooling for provisioning and AI-assisted automation.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in SRE, platform or infra engineering.
• Software development in Python/Go/Rust/Java.
• Strong Linux and distributed systems foundations.
• Hands-on AWS or GCP, Terraform, ArgoCD, Kubernetes.
• OpenTelemetry and Prometheus for tracing/metrics.
• Production debugging and incident response expertise.
