Senior Staff Accountant

📋 Description

• Contribute to the month-end close process by preparing journal entries and account reconciliations
• Perform daily cash reconciliations and report on cash activity and other metrics to Accounting and
• Process accounts payable vendor invoices and appropriately code and enter them into the accounting
• Manage new vendor onboarding and be the primary point of contact for our Company's vendors.
• Evaluate and identify ways to continuously improve the monthly accounting close process through
• Review monthly credit card statements and prepare associated journal entries.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in Accounting
• Demonstrates strong initiative, sound judgment, and creativity
• High-tech industry experience within SaaS
• Knowledge and experience with NetSuite a plus
• Exceptional attention to detail, highly organized, with strong multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with
