Senior Staff Accountant

📋 Description

• Own key components of the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes, including journal
• Maintain general ledger integrity and contribute to accurate, timely financial statements and
• Analyze financial results, investigate variances, identify trends and underlying business drivers
• Support budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow analysis, and other financial planning activities.
• Coordinate with payroll providers and internal stakeholders to support accurate payroll processing
• Provide support across accounts payable, accounts receivable, treasury, travel and expense

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA, CA, CMA, or equivalent
• Five to seven years of progressive accounting experience with substantial responsibility for
• Strong accounting fundamentals and experience maintaining accurate general ledger records and
• Demonstrated ability to conduct variance analysis, interpret financial data, support forecasting
• Advanced Excel or spreadsheet proficiency and practical experience with NetSuite.
• Working knowledge of IFRS; experience with multi-entity, multi-currency, or cross-border operations
