Senior Staff AI Security Engineer

📋 Description

• Drive security architecture for Agentic AI ecosystems, LLMs, and models across products
• Lead threat modeling for GenAI surfaces: cross-agent autonomy and tool orchestration
• Design secure model/RAG/data pipelines with access control
• Apply secure-by-design practices for agentic systems; drive adoption
• Communicate AI security posture to internal and external stakeholders
• Mentor engineers on AI-specific security work

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master's or PhD in CS with security or AI/ML specialization
• 8+ years software engineering for enterprise-scale systems
• 5+ years security engineering with AI-focused work
• Proven cross-team technical leadership beyond own group
• Experience threat modeling and securing LLM/GenAI/agentic systems
• Experience securing model/RAG/data pipelines with access-control/governance
