Senior/Staff Backend Engineer

📋 Description

• Partner with Product Managers and Designers to define and prioritize the roadmap
• Build the travel advisors app for onboarding, search/booking, itineraries, and client interactions
• Focus on performance, architecture, clean design and code quality
• Collaborate with engineers to define end-to-end solutions
• Own epics and full solution delivery: design, implement, deliver

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science
• 5+ years backend web development
• 3+ years Python experience using Django/Flask/Alternative
• High API and distributed systems design skills
• Experience with relational database ORMs
• AWS experience (a plus)
• Kubernetes experience (a plus)
• Team player with strong communication and collaboration
• An entrepreneurial mindset
