Senior / Staff Build Reliability Engineer (Avionics)

📋 Description

• Own build reliability for avionics hardware and work centers.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Mission Assurance on robust plans.
• Define readiness criteria including process qualification and manufacturability.
• Drive maturation of internal avionics production processes: docs, tooling, controls.
• Collect and analyze build data to identify risks and drive improvements.
• Lead containment and root-cause investigations for high-impact avionics issues.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years in quality, manufacturing, reliability, or design in aerospace/high-reliability hardware.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with executive visibility.
• Excellent communication and technical leadership skills.
