Senior / Staff CAD BOM Quality Engineer

📋 Description

• Own the CATIA training strategy — forecasting class needs against headcount growth and skill gaps
• Partner with engineering leads to identify skill gaps, tailor curricula by discipline, and track
• Create and maintain training documentation, quick-reference guides, and onboarding materials
• Coordinate with internal subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure consistent modeling methodology
• Define, standardize, and evangelize CAD standards, driving adoption within 3DEXPERIENCE
• Serve as Zoox's SME for CATIA/CAD issues with third-party tools providers, partnering with them

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• 7+ years of experience with CATIA V6
• 7+ years of experience with PLM and 3DEXPERIENCE at enterprise scale
• Prior experience working in automotive or mobility industry
• Experience with CAD enablement, including configuration, model, and work instruction development
• Experience with CAD standards (e.g., ASME Y14.41, ISO 1101, or equivalent)
