Senior Staff Data Engineer - Data & ML Platform

📋 Description

• Set the long-term architectural direction for streaming and batch data platforms.
• Build ML-ready data infra: feature pipelines, feature stores, and serving layers.
• Raise engineering standards across teams; mentor engineers and influence culture.
• Lead cross-team data initiatives; define contracts and schema evolution.
• Own platform reliability and data quality across the data stack.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on data engineering experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience architecting data systems across batch and streaming (Kafka, Flink, Spark).
• Strong Python and SQL proficiency with distributed data processing.
• ML platform infra: pipelines, feature stores, serving, or MLOps.
• Track record of setting technical direction and mentoring senior engineers.
