🎯 Requirements

• Experience integrating AI into engineering work, automating workflows, or AI-driven tooling.
• 10+ years of software development with a Bachelor’s, or 8+ with Master’s, or 6+ with PhD/equivalent.
• Proven technical leadership at Staff or Senior Staff level.
• Expert-level Java development experience.
• Relational databases experience: PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL, MariaDB, MS SQL, Trino.
• Automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipeline integration.
