Senior/Staff Data Scientist

📋 Description

• Turn product, customer, and risk data into insights and decisions
• Own end-to-end analytics: metrics, experimentation, forecasting, visualization
• Define measurement frameworks for product eligibility and outcomes
• Partner with ML Engineers to evaluate model performance and bias
• Design experiments and policy rollouts shaping access and growth
• Communicate insights to product, risk, and executives

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in AI/ML or stats for decisioning (credit, risk)
• Master's in a quantitative field; PhD welcomed
• Advanced SQL and Python; strong data visualizations
• Strong product, analytical, and statistical judgment
• Experience using AI tools to speed up analyses
• Bonus Points: Fintech background or consumer finance experience
