Senior/Staff Data Scientist

📋 Description

• Serve as a strategic analytics partner across Product, Engineering, Growth, Go-to-Market, Finance
• Define meaningful metrics and measurement frameworks (KPIs)
• Turn data into strategy by surfacing patterns and identifying opportunities
• Shape approach to experimentation and evaluation
• Build measurement into how we work (instrumentation and measurement plans)
• Build and maintain dbt models and semantic layers

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of analytics experience
• Strong business and product judgment
• Experience defining and using metrics across business domains (acquisition, activation, engagement
• Strong SQL skills
• Experience with experimentation, statistical analysis or rigorous evaluation methods
• Experience with modern analytics tooling (Metabase, Mixpanel, dbt, BigQuery, Segment, Git)
