📋 Description

• Define and evolve core design system foundations (components, tokens).
• Design, prototype, and ship system components with frontend engineering.
• Partner with frontend/platform engineers to translate decisions into code.
• Establish governance and deprecation models balancing velocity with integrity.
• Embed accessibility, responsiveness, and performance by default.
• Document system usage and best practices for product teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product design with ownership of design systems.
• Excellent portfolio showing system-level thinking and impact.
• Deep understanding of component architecture, design tokens, and scaling.
• Proven experience partnering with frontend engineers to ship production systems.
• Strong knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design.
• Ability to articulate system decisions and tradeoffs to cross-functional partners.
