📋 Description

• Define and evolve core design system foundations: components, patterns, tokens for AI-powered experiences
• Design, prototype, and ship production-ready system components with frontend engineering
• Bring a brand lens to system decisions for a distinctive product
• Establish contribution, governance, and deprecation models balancing velocity with integrity
• Embed accessibility, responsiveness, and performance into the system by default
• Document system usage and best practices for product teams

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in product design with ownership of design systems in complex products
• Portfolio showing system-level thinking with craft and visual cohesion
• Deep understanding of component architecture and design tokens for scalable systems
• Proven experience partnering with frontend engineers to ship production systems
• Strong knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design
• Ability to articulate system decisions and tradeoffs to cross-functional teams
