Senior Staff Developer, User Identity & Access Management (UIAM)

📋 Description

• Provide technical leadership for UIAM by architecting the evolution of our identity platform
• Design secure and scalable identity capabilities on public cloud platforms leveraging Auth0 as the
• Make AI a natural extension of your engineering practice to increase velocity and quality through
• Partner with security teams to embed zero-trust least-privilege and secure-by-design practices
• Collaborate closely with product managers to translate complex business and customer identity
• Balance concurrent deliveries by making sound prioritization decisions that keep diverse teams

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of scalable software development experience with at least 2 years in a technical
• Deep expertise in identity and access management including OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, JWT
• Hands-on experience with Auth0 tenant architecture and custom actions, alongside familiarity with
• Strong software architecture skills with an API-first approach utilizing loosely coupled systems
• Proficiency in object-oriented programming with a strong focus on Java and Python using frameworks
• Extensive cloud-native experience across AWS and GCP encompassing Infrastructure-as-Code
