🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in CS, software engineering, or related field, or equivalent.
12-15 years of hands-on software engineering in distributed SaaS.
Proven ownership of end-to-end architecture for large-scale products.
Experience delivering high-availability, low-latency, high-throughput systems.
Cross-functional leadership across Product, QA, Ops, and Design.
Core backend expertise: Java (Spring/Spring Boot) or Python.
