📋 Description

• Define Atlas SaaS data platform standards and architecture
• Drive feature design from inception to market with high customer impact
• Guide technical strategy and roadmaps across teams
• Oversee large-scale, cross-organizational features from design to delivery
• Handle production customer escalations and coach teammates
• Write production-ready database code and mentor engineers

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years designing and debugging distributed, concurrent C/C++/Java/Rust systems
• Experience running latency-sensitive, high-throughput systems
• Strong systems fundamentals: multi-threaded programming and distributed systems
• Familiarity with database internals or core data processing components
• Familiarity with hosted database ecosystem and best practices
• Excellent verbal and written technical communication and collaboration
