Senior Staff Engineer (AIPS)

📋 Description

• Influence technical architecture and strategy across Pricing and Performance.
• Set technical direction for pricing services and marketplace platforms.
• Partner with Engineering Managers to solve cross-team problems and tough trade-offs.
• Support engineers and data scientists to improve delivery quality and operations.
• Collaborate on longer-term roadmaps with leaders in Engineering, Data Science and Product.
• Lead cross-department technical initiatives with other Senior Staff Engineers.

🎯 Requirements

• Own technical architecture and strategy across a broad problem space.
• Backend and cloud-first engineering for scalable, resilient services.
• Hands-on AWS, Spark and/or Databricks, with AI/ML-enabled systems.
• Influence senior stakeholders and facilitate difficult trade-offs.
• Improve technical quality, delivery and operational practices across teams.
