Senior/Staff Engineer, Liquidity Platform, Structured OTC

📋 Description

• Work closely with team technical lead, liquidity managers and product managers on strategy
• Work with team to own the strategy production environment for both feature buildout and infra
• Continuously and proactively improve strategies to be more stable, scalable and robust with auto
• Run projects by maintaining a deep underlying of the technical infrastructure and a holistic view

🎯 Requirements

• Solid STEM (Science/Technology/Engineering/Mathematics) education background.
• Passionate in the Crypto industry and with strong problem solving skills.
• Solid knowledge in structured products business or volatility trading is a plus.
• Hands-on experience in AI development is preferred.
