Senior/Staff Engineer, R&D Efficiency Platform

📋 Description

• Build the R&D Efficiency Platform core and onboard systems.
• Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, ArgoCD) for automation.
• Advance AI-Native CI/CD with AI agents for code review and self-healing.
• Build DevSecOps capabilities with SAST, DAST, SCA and security gates.
• Establish Change Management with CAB, canary releases, rollback, and traceability.
• Apply Kubernetes and microservice governance (Nacos, Apollo, Kong) with cloud services.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid CS fundamentals: OS, networking, distributed systems, data structures.
• Proficient in DevOps toolchains, CI/CD, Kubernetes, and microservices.
• Familiar with DevSecOps concepts, security toolchains, supply-chain security.
• Knowledge of AI/LLM in engineering-efficiency and AI-Native CI/CD.
• Familiar with the Java stack and multi-language technologies.
• Strong product sense, ownership, and ability to work under pressure.
• Fluent English communication for cross-regional collaboration.
